Here's how this is going to work: You fill out this form and I will send you an email with your total cost (books + shipping) and instructions on how to pay (Venmo, Square Cash, or Paypal. Or by check too if you'd rather). Once I receive your payment, I'll mail you your books.

I expect to start shipping around Oct. 27th, give or take a day or two.

P.S. You are probably used to a more seamless online shopping experience, and I could have made this whole thing a little easier by selling/shipping through the printer, but I didn't want them to take a cut. This way I don't have to charge more. 

P. P. S. Plus, I really want to hand write your address label and walk it four blocks to the post office and wait in line. And while I'm waiting in line, think about the little trip this book will take to make it to you.

Also, the post office is right next to a bakery. 

*The first printing of this book was printed on 'economy' paper. For subsequent printings, better paper was used, resulting in a higher cost. FYI, in case you've visited this page before and wonder what the deal is.
